Got a big idea for a community project? We could help you with our Community Asset Fund.
If you’re a volunteer group who supports the recovery community, you can apply for your share of the Community Asset Fund. This pot of money is here to support your volunteer group and their great ideas, offering grants between £500 and £2000 to support your goals and improve the well-being of people living in the wider Blackburn with Darwen area.
We accept to bids for funding each month, ensuring everybody gets their chance to be heard. If you’re successful, Community CVS can also hold and pay out approved funding if your group doesn’t yet have bank account.
Apply for funding
To apply for your share of the funding, you must:
- Be a grass roots volunteer led community group
- Support recovery from substance or alcohol misuse
- Operate within the wider Blackburn with Darwen area
